Rental Sign: Having a special birthday, anniversary or a new baby? Share your good news by renting the lighted sign at the Parish Center entrance. Rental fee is $25.00/day. A one-week notice is needed and Church, St. Katharine Drexel School and Parish Center activities have priority. To rent call the rectory @ 352-2111. ext. 10.

Bulletin Briefs

Grief Reflection: On Sunday, July 27 there is an afternoon reflection on grief at the Shrine of Our Lady of the Snows, entitled, “Redrawing the Circle of My Life: Learning to live without a loved one’s physical presence”. The Presenter is Rainey Fahey. “Speaking from her own life experiences, Rainey will share personal stories and reflection on the challenge to live in love, peace, joy and finding hope and promise in everyday life, even in the face of adversity”. The session is from 12:30 – 4 p.m. The cost is $20 a person and registration is required. If you are interested in going to this reflection on Grief and would like to carpool or if you would like more information, please call me, Jeannine @ 352-2111 ext 19. Registrations need to be turned in by July 21.

Free Flu Shots: Mark your calendar for Saturday,
October 18th when the VNA will be at St. Mary Magdalen to give out free flu shots to anyone with Medicare Part B insurance. The cost for all others is $30. Watch for more information and reservation sign-ups in the September bulletins.

Baptism Preparation - Parents anticipating the Baptism of their child are expected to attend a preparation meeting. Please call the rectory at 352-2111 to make arrangements.
